Christmas 2008

Wow what an awesome Christmas 2008 has turned out to be. Jimmy wished for a leopard gecko and Santa surely did bring one along with lots of other fun stuff. Billy wanted a laptop and got one and lots of other great stuff. Bill of course got an ipod shuffle and as we all know Misty loves to get blankets and clothes.

We spent Christmas Eve at Nana and Pap's where Billy got more and more WVU clothes (his favorite) and Jimmy got his pixos, clone helmet, clone gun and so much else I can't even list it all. They love spending time there and being with family. Bill and I got lots too. My parents love to spoil us all. We even got WII fit, look out summer we will be hot......

On Christmas we have always stayed in, but this year we went to Joni and Dave's for dinner.
Dave got Billy a great mouse pad, Jimmy a football, they each got a sweatshirt and I got a purse and Bill a new shirt, from both Joni and Dave. They cooked an awesome dinner, but boy were we tired after being up since 5:30am, what a goof I was to wake up the house.

As for the whole day, we did our usual before going to Joni's all the grandparents came to visit.
Gramma Dar and Pappy Justin came over and Billy got a gift card to game stop which he has spent already, a wireless mouse, some steeler slippers and a savings bond so hopefully college bound we will go. Jimmy got a Indiana Jones game, camo steeler hat and a handmade by Gramma Dar camo blanket and pillow, which of course he slept with last night.

Pap Bern and Gram Nancy came after we got home and both boys got money. It burned a hole in their pocket and we had to go out today and spend it. All who knows Bill and I would know that Billy and Jimmy would have to spend their cash quick.

Jimmy has named his gecko ROY, and we took him to get some crickets which was a blast watching him eat. The boys are downstairs jamming with rock band and I am going to enjoy watching them now.

I will add some pics as soon as I put them on the computer.

Lets try this before the big vacation

Well, since we are heading to Disney in March 2009, I thought I would try this out and see if I can get the hang of it.

As you all know our boys are rapidly growing and soon will eat us out of house and home. Amazing what an 11 year old and 7 year old can consume.

Since Halloween is over and Nana took them trick or treating you can surely guess that there is candy by the bowl fulls. I had to work the North Hills game and missed being with the boys, but who better to have when mom is not around than Nana. Dad of course had to work late (who'd figure). We now have 5 bowls of candy and a box of chips. Looks like a feast for all
